BADENHORST Beatrix Johannes 1861-1935

Beatrix Johannes Badenhorst (3 September 1861 - 7 June 1935). Fought in the Second Anglo-Boer War and was captured by the British forces on his farm ‘Kopje Alleen’ on 30 April 1901. He was sent to a POW camp in India for the remainder of the war, but later returned to his farm and died there.
