1. Herdenkingsmuur Britse aanval / Memorial Plaque British invasion
Gedurende die nag van 29 op 30 Desember 1895 doet onverhoeds 'n gewapende troepemag uit Brits gebied 'n inval in die Suid-Afrikaanse republiek en op 1 Januarie 1896 word hul naby Krugersdorp deur Transvaalse burgers tot staan gebreng en op 2 Januarie tot oorgawe gedwing. In die gevegte verloor vyf burgers hun leven. Die vyf burgers lê hier begrawe. Hul name verdien blywende herinnering by die nageslag en lui:
George JACOBS van Muiskraal, distrik P.C.stroom. Swaar gewond op 1 Januarie 1896 toe hy vir 'n gekweste vyand drinkwater wou geef.
Donald MACDONALD van Lindley's Poort swaar gewond en op 10 Januarie 1896 oorlede
Andries Hendrik POTGIETER van Hekpoort
Sarel Petrus Frederik VAN TONDER van Hartebeestfontein
Petrus Frans Jacobus VENTER van Bosfontein, distrik Rustenburg
Hierdie gedenksteen en ommuring is opgerig in 1917 uit 'n fonds gedurende 1896 onder die publiek versamel.
