Theunis fell 5400ft down a mine shaft at Welkom.
His wife is buried in Boksburg [she remarried de KLERK]

ESTERHUIZEN and MacDONALD grave
Correct names are Johanna Cornelia Susanna Elizabeth ESTERHUIZEN neé van ECK. She is the mother of Annie Maria Magdalena MacDONALD neé ESTERHUIZEN. The name ANNY on the gravestone should have been AMY [her nickname]

Jan Harris GLOY was baptised Jan Ernst Albertus GLOY on 11 Aug 1918 NHK, Heidelberg Tvl ! Named after his GG-Grandfather Jan Ernst Albertus BREDENHAN * 1 May 1841 x Catharina Johanna OOSTHUIZEN.
Gloy later changed his name. Subsequently - he also baptised his children Jan Harris. His one son confirmed the change of name.
