The Germishuys Family Tree is very detailed and can be found on the Internet. I have perused the Germishuys Family Tree to try and find out who Oupa Ouiland Germishuys was and if any other Germishuys member is buried there. According to the Family Tree, Jurie Johannes Germishuys is the only member buried at Ratelrivier. In this regard, I have also contacted the local Historian, Piet van As, who has lived all his long life in close proximity to Ratelrivier, but he was unable to assist who Oupa Ouland Germishuys.
