Additional information received from Rosemary Pellew:
WH Wills actually died on 13th December 1918 not 13th Feb 1918 as written on his headstone in Saldanha and as recorded by the Commonwealth War Grave Commission who presumably put the headstone there. I can only surmise that somehow 13/12/1918 got passed on as 13/2/1918.
The correct date is mentioned on his parents headstone in Torpoint, the Royal Navy list of deaths after the Armistice and in the log book of HMS Rinaldo held in our National Archives.
