4. The Bain's Kloof Pass - Plaque

150 years later we commemorate all those who
built this Pass. The convicts and their
supervisors, whose names we know and
respect, in particular the three
who died by accidant.
150 jaar later gedenk ons almal
wat hierdie Pas gebou het.
Die gevangenis en hul toesighouers
wie se name aan ons ken en respekteer.
Veral die drie wat weens ongelukke
gesterf het.
